In Mo wan-il’s The Frog, a mysterious woman (Go Min-si) shows up at a vacation rental deep in the country asking for lodging for the night. When a murder occurs in her room, the vacation rental owner (Kim Yoon-seok) must decide his level of complicity in the crime. Meanwhile, at a country motel elsewhere, a horrific homicide threatens a couple’s livelihood. The crime thriller series explores the two investigations, their similarities, and the effect they have on the small towns in which they occur. A Killer Paradox

In A Killer Paradox, college student Lee Tang murders a stranger only to find out his victim was a homicidal maniac. As he tries to evade suspicion, he embarks on an unintentional killing spree. Starring SAG Award winner Choi Woo-shik and Baeksang Arts Award nominees Son Suk-ku and Lee Hee-jun, the thriller series from Lee Chang-hee (Hell Is Other People) and Kim Da-min (FAQ) follows a hapless young adult as he grapples with the morality of his crimes.

The Bequeathed

In this crime drama, college lecturer Yoon Seo-ha inherits a burial ground from an uncle she’s never met. But the land comes with baggage, and soon after visiting the town, she becomes enmeshed in a string of tragic events. Starring Kim Hyun-joo (JUNG_E), Park Hee-soon (Trolley), and Park Byung-eun (Eve), the thriller series The Bequeathed was co-created by Hellbound and Train to Busan director Yeon Sang-ho.

Mask Girl

The suspense thriller Mask Girl, from director Kim Yong-hoon (Beasts Clawing at Straws), follows a young office worker, Kim Mo-mi, whose looks cause her to be marginalized by society. To live out her dashed dream of being a pop star, Kim Mo-mi moonlights as a mask-wearing camgirl — but when her identity is exposed, it upends her life. The series, based on the webtoon of the same name, stars newcomer Lee Han-byeol, Baeksang Arts Award winner Ko Hyun-jung, and actor and K-pop star Nana.
