What happens in Venom: The Last Dance?

After being accused of murdering Detective Mulligan (Graham), Eddie Brock (Hardy) and his symbiote, Venom, hide out in Mexico until Eddie decides they should go to New York and clear his name. Unfortunately for them, an alien being called a Xenophage is tracking their every move for Knull (Serkis), a supervillain deity. Knull wants the Xenophage to track down Eddie and Venom’s Codex, a mysterious life force that was created after Venom resuscitated Eddie, as depicted in Venom (2018). And Knull’s monster isn’t the only one desperate to find Eddie/Venom: The team at Imperium, a secret government lab, intends to trap Venom for their research. With so many obstacles ahead, will Eddie and Venom make it to NYC with their bond intact?
